Please follow the simple steps below to apply for financial assistance from the FVEAP: ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** If your cat or kitten is facing an immediate life or death situation, eMail fveap@earthlink.net and provide (1) your name, address & phone number; (2) kitty's name; (3) what's wrong; (4) what's needed; (5) name, address and phone number of veterinarian. We can get additional information and paperwork later if needed. For non-emergency situations, please fill out and send the Application Form. We call the veterinarian directly with payment information. | |||
